To participate, please fill out the registration form below. As well as general information about your school such as name and address, you will be asked for specific information including your DfE number which can be found here, and your Local Authority Area which can be found here. You will also need to identify a main school contact and provide details for this person. This person will receive all relevant information for survey preparation and completion, as well as the final survey report. Remember, the pupil and staff surveys are designed for pupils and staff in mainstream schools in the UK only.
This is a paid offer. The cost for the pupil survey is £300 + VAT per year group for Year Groups 5 to 6 and £400 + VAT per year group for Year Groups 7 to 11. This is per year group regardless of size or school setting and includes the Wellbeing Measurement for Schools survey report, which will evaluate and summarise data per year group. The staff survey costs £300 + VAT for primary schools, £400 + VAT for secondary and all-through schools. There is no limit to the number of staff who can be included in the survey and includes the Wellbeing Measurement for Schools survey report. The staff survey can be completed alongside the pupil survey or on its own. The main school contact will receive an invoice via email to complete the registration process. The registration is only complete after payment has cleared.
